💼 About the role
As a Senior Backend Developer, you’ll join a high-impact team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the core services that power our global financial ecosystem. Your work will be instrumental in supporting high-volume, real-time transactions across multiple regions. This role goes beyond writing clean and scalable code — it’s about understanding system architecture, optimizing performance, and collaborating with other teams to build solutions that are both innovative and robust. 🔧 ¿What will you do in this role?
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems, APIs and databases.
- Work closely with product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure code quality and performance.
- Monitor and improve system reliability.
💡 What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience as a backend developer.
- Strong programming skills in Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong knowledge in databases PostgreSQL.
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and database optimization.
