We're on the hunt for a Senior Project Manager who’s more than just a taskmaster—you’re a strategic thinker, a natural leader, and a true partner to the business. If you love turning complex problems into actionable solutions and can manage chaos with style, we want to talk.
🎓 What you bring:
A degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or something similarly awesome.
6+ years of experience managing software development projects, with a strong focus on business analysis.
You’ve built documentation that actually makes sense—and makes life easier for devs, clients, and stakeholders alike.
đź’Ľ What you'll do:
Be the point person between tech and business. Translate needs, set expectations, and keep everyone in sync.
Gather and dig into requirements like a detective. Traceability, use cases, data models—you know the drill.
Lead workshops and UAT like a pro. Keep energy high, feedback flowing, and outcomes clear.
Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and coordinate smart fixes.
Keep your eyes on the bigger picture: align projects with business goals, flag risks early, and push for smarter processes.
🧰 Tech you (hopefully) vibe with:
(Nice to have, but not a dealbreaker)
Mainframe environments, SQL, Salesforce, Remedyforce
Core Java / J2EE, relational databases
Tools like MS Office, Visio, SnagIt, Adobe Illustrator, Axure
🔥 Bonus points if you have:
Experience in the Oil & Gas industry or on compliance-focused projects
A love for process improvement and a knack for making things run smoother
The confidence to lead change and rally the team behind new ideas
