👤 Who You Are

✅ 4+ years of experience in training delivery operations
✅ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint for reporting and presentations 📊
✅ Strong communicator across multiple channels: phone, email, and WebEx Teams 💬
✅ Experienced in SharePoint for organizing and sharing learning materials 📂
✅ Fluent in English (C1/C2 level) – comfortable managing global stakeholders 🌍
✅ Bonus if you’re PMP certified or have prior experience with Cisco training programs 🎓

💼 What You’ll Do

🔹 Manage the end-to-end delivery of corporate training programs and learning initiatives

🔹 Handle budgets, quotes, SOWs, and scheduling for learning activities
